Returns/ Exchanges are not possible on some products. You will find this clearly mentioned on the product page.

On products where returns/ exchanges are possible, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return

In case of

Functioning defect (e.g. – pump not working), email us within 7 days and get refund/exchange.

Wrong item received, email us within 48 hrs and get a refund/exchange.

Damaged item (missing/broken part), email us within 48 hrs and get a refund/exchange.

Size issue, email us within 48 hours and get an exchange. If the desired size is not available then get store credit. Size is considered wrong if it does not match the description on the site. Read the size chart carefully before ordering.

Cancellation, you may do so if it is not shipped yet and get store credit.

Shipped Items cannot be returned unless they meet the condition below

1. Item Was Delivered in A Physically Damaged Condition

2. An Incorrect Item Has Been Delivered

3. Item Has Manufacturing Defects

4. Sizing Related Exchanges Are Eligible on Selected Categories (More Info Available On Each Product Page).

Returns and Exchanges are NOT applicable for colour or incorrect purchases. Products shipped would be as per the colour described in the product title on the product page. Images on product pages can sometimes be indicative in nature.

Have the tags still attached to the product as before

Have original, unripped packaging (the courier bag may be ripped)

Be in resalable condition

Unused, unworn, unwashed


 Intimate-use items like cycling shorts, socks

Shimano products unless damaged or wrong item

Size exchanges can be done only once. For exchanges beyond that, the customer has to bear the shipping charges.

If you receive a product with damaged packaging from a courier partner, DO NOT ACCEPT the package, so that the liability does not shift to you. We will handle returns and exchanges for all the items that come to you with intact packaging.


There will be no return/ exchange possible for products on Sale.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 48 hours on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds will be processed within 36 hours from approval. If your return is approved, we will either

1) initiate a size exchange/ replacement; or

2) refund in the form of equivalent store credit in your registered account.
